Our founder and President, Kelly Haile, RN, CCM, WCCM, holds multi-state licensure and is nationally certified as a case manager.
Kelly founded Keystone Case Management in 2011 after many years of Case Management experience. Her goal was to be a leader in the Workers’ Compensation and Disability Management field, while maintaining that “small company” feel. Through her experience in this field, Kelly has found that many employers do not get the support and assistance that they need. That is why the PINCH program was born. It is always Kelly’s focus to truly partner with employers and to focus on the employer’s programs, procedures, and satisfaction.
Our team of case managers come from a variety of backgrounds, ranging from acute care to rehabilitation, and all are licensed and certified appropriately in their jurisdictions. Our staff members all possess the knowledge, experience, and personality to make our programs a reality.
The success of our clients is a personal success for each team member at Keystone Case Management.
